Nick Oliva is the President and CEO of whereIstand.com. He came up with the idea for whereIstand.com during the 2004 elections when he envisioned an online community where people can take a stand, find issues important to them and compare where they stand to a public figure or organization. Prior to founding the site, Oliva spent five years with Arthur Anderson, LLP and then became an independent consultant, designing and building Web sites for multiple large corporations. Oliva is responsible for the overall vision of the site, as well as the technological advances and developments. He holds a Master of Accounting from Florida International University; CPA and CMA.
